Attendance

Please confirm your final attendance 7 days prior to the event, as the total number provided at that time will determine the final amount you are charged.

Payment Information

Payment timing and methods depend on the type of service selected for your event.

• Food Truck Service: Payment is due in full at the conclusion of the event.
  • Host Paid: All guest meals are placed on a single master check.
  • Guest Paid: Each guest is responsible for paying for their own individual meal.
• Catering (Drop-Off/Pick-Up): Payment is due at the time the food is received.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, or Credit Card.
  Note: A 3% transaction fee applies to all invoices paid via credit card.
• Service & Travel Fees: These fees apply to all Drop-Off Catering and Food Truck Service bookings.

Food Truck Service Details

• Service Window: Standard service is based on a 2-hour window.
• Logistics: We require a flat surface for parking. Please confirm the parking location prior to arrival.
• Truck Orientation: Our service window is located on the passenger side of the vehicle.
• Menu Options: Limited menus are available at a reduced price point. Refer to the attached menu for full options.
• Included Items: Plastic utensils, napkins, and condiments are provided.
  Upgrades are available for special occasions such as weddings or anniversaries.

Catering Service Options

• Service Types: We offer Drop-Off, Pick-Up, Buffet, and Serving options.
• Service Styles: Choose between Buffet or Plated options.
• Included Items: Standard plastic utensils, napkins, and condiments are included.
  Premium upgrades are available for formal events.

Cancellation Policy

• 72-Hour Window: All cancellations within 72 hours of the event must be communicated directly to John via phone at 302-743-9737.
• Late Cancellation Fee: Any event cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time is subject to a $300 cancellation fee.
